Our verdict — STEP-THRU MID-DRIVE
The SPECTER-ST is EUNORAU’s step-through mid-drive, and on the numbers it publishes it is a serious bike: a 48V 1000W Bafang G510 (also sold as the M620) with 160 Nm, SRAM NX 11-speed gearing, an 840Wh pack that takes a second 17Ah battery, 27.5 × 3.0 tires and a Bafang DPC18 display, on an 18.5-inch 6061 step-thru frame with suspension. At $2,999 that is $3.57 per watt-hour, exactly the figure the SPECTER-S carries. Two things need saying before you buy. The listing contradicts itself about the cells — the battery line says LG, the range line says Samsung — and we report both rather than pick one. And the handle in EUNORAU’s own URL reads specter-st-1 while the title reads SPECTER-ST 2.0; we go with the title, but if version matters to you, confirm it in writing. Against the SPECTER-S at the same money you also give up a published weight, payload, sensor type, top speed, rider height and certification, none of which appear here.

48V × 17.5Ah = 840Wh, and the optional 17Ah pack adds 48 × 17 = 816Wh. At $2,999 the standard pack works out at $3.57 per watt-hour, the same figure as the SPECTER-S — expensive energy, which is the plainest sign that at this price you are paying for the drivetrain rather than the battery.
80 miles with both batteries
1,656Wh over 80 miles is 20.7Wh per mile, which is a believable draw for a mid-drive ridden with the gears rather than against them. It is one of the more defensible range claims EUNORAU makes — compare the FLASH’s 220 miles at 12.8Wh per mile. On the single 840Wh pack the same draw gives about 40 miles.

EUNORAU says both. The battery line on the listing names LG cells; the range line on the same listing names Samsung cells. We have printed both statements in the specification table above and we are not going to resolve the contradiction by choosing one — that would be inventing a fact on EUNORAU’s behalf. In practice both are reputable 21700 cell makers and either would be a reasonable pack. If it matters to you, ask EUNORAU which it is and get the answer in writing before you order.
The product title says SPECTER-ST 2.0 and the URL handle says specter-st-1. We use the title, because that is what EUNORAU presents to a buyer, but the mismatch is worth knowing about. Handles are often left over from an earlier version of a product and never updated, so the likeliest reading is that the page was carried over. If you are comparing against a review of an earlier SPECTER-ST, confirm with EUNORAU which revision ships today.
They cost the same $2,999 and share a motor, a torque figure and an 840Wh pack. The SPECTER-S adds genuine full suspension with both travel figures published, two frame sizes and a 5'3"–6'4" fit range, a published torque sensor, a 300 lb payload, a 28 MPH top speed and a stated (if unnamed) UL certification. The SPECTER-ST adds a step-through frame and 27.5 × 3.0 tires, and publishes almost none of the rest. If you need the step-through, this is the bike. If you do not, the SPECTER-S is the same money for a great deal more information.
It is a more careful claim than most. Both packs together hold about 1,656Wh, so 80 miles implies 20.7Wh per mile — a figure a mid-drive ridden in the right gear can genuinely reach on rolling ground. Ride it hard, on hills, or largely on the assist, and 30Wh per mile is nearer the mark, which puts you at roughly 55 miles on both packs and 28 on one. Either way this is not the FLASH’s 220-mile claim, which needs 12.8Wh per mile and does not hold.
More than we would like at $2,999: bike weight, payload, sensor type, top speed and class, rider height, water resistance, certification, rotor size, tire make, and any detail at all about the suspension the frame is said to have. The specifications that are published — the Bafang motor, 160 Nm, SRAM NX 11-speed, 840Wh, 5 to 8 hour charging, the DPC18 display — are good ones. It is the absence of the rest that should shape how you buy, and every one of them is a fair question to put to EUNORAU before you do.
